Information About Shipping

We take 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. We make our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Remember shipping times depend on your location. 

Italy:

We offer free shipping for ALL orders in Italy.

We ship with DHL Express. Shipping usually takes between 1 and 3 working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) depending on your location.

If your location is difficult to reach, delivery may take longer.

Shipment is traceable through a tracking code provided by the courier and sent to your email.

Rest of Europe:

We offer free shipping for all orders above €85.

Orders below or equal €85 are charged with €12.90 shipping cost.

We ship with DHL Express. Shipping usually takes between 3 and 6 working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) depending on your location.

If your location is difficult to reach, delivery may take longer.

Shipment is traceable through a tracking code provided by the courier and sent to your email.

We ship only to the following European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

PICKUP:

We offer the possibility to pickup orders for all customers that do not want shipping.

Pickup is free of charge. If you would like to collect your order then simply select the pickup option at checkout. An email will be sent when your order is ready, usually after 24 hours. Follow the instructions sent through email.
